Delete your Totipo account
Last updated: October 11, 2026
In the app (fastest)
- Open Totipo and make sure you're signed in.
- Tap your credit balance (🪙) at the top of the screen to open Account.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account, then confirm.
Your account is deleted right away.
If you can't use the app
Email totipotentapp@gmail.com from the email address of your Totipo account (the one your Apple or Google sign-in uses) with the subject "Delete my account." If you signed in with Apple and hid your email, tell us the relay address Apple created, which you can find in your Apple Account settings under Sign in with Apple. We'll confirm the request with that address and delete the account within 30 days, usually much sooner.
What's deleted
- Your account and sign-in information (email address, name, account identifier)
- Your credits and their history, and any Toti
- Your backups, including the app data and chats in them
- Your App Market listings and the apps you published. People who already got your apps keep their copies, but won't get updates
- Your App Market purchases and sales records
- Your consent records
If you signed in with Apple, we also ask Apple to revoke Totipo's access to your Apple account.
What isn't deleted
- Apps on your devices. They're stored only on your devices, never on our servers, so deleting your account doesn't remove them. To remove them, delete them in the app or delete Totipo.
- Free-trial records. A hashed device identifier and the trial's usage, which aren't linked to your account, are kept so each device gets the free trial only once.
- Limited copies. Copies in our providers' backup systems are overwritten within a limited period, generally no more than 30 days, and technical logs expire under our providers' retention settings. We may keep information the law requires us to keep.
Credits and Toti aren't refunded. Any credits and Toti left in your account are forfeited when it's deleted. They aren't refunded or paid out and can't be restored, except where the law requires otherwise (Terms of Service, Sections 9 and 10). Refunds for app store purchases are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. See our Privacy Policy for details.
